Chocolate Truffles

You’ll Need

2 ounces bittersweet chocolate

¼ cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup cocoa powder, toasted chopped nuts, or toasted coconut

Directions

1 Place chocolate, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl.

2 Microwave on high for 20 – 30 seconds.

3 Stir until smooth.

4 Refrigerate for 1 hour.

5 Scoop out teaspoonfuls and roll into balls.

6 Roll balls in cocoa powder, nuts, or coconut.

7 Share with someone you love.
