Stuffed pan brioché bread


250 ml of milk
1 sachet of yeast
1 egg
500 gr of plain flour
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of salt
Filling of your choice:
tomato, mozzarella and basil with extra virgin olive oil and spices
spinach, ricotta with extra virgin olive oil and spices.
A sweet version with Nutella filling and sugar is also possible and very much appreciated.
Make the dough mixing flour with milk, salt, yeast (melted in the milk)
Whisk the whole egg,  incorporate the egg to the above mixture, add the extra virgin olive oil and the salt.
Mix well and knead as if it were normal bread.
Make a flat sheet of bread, cut into three vertical bands and in each band incorporate a filling of your choice and close it nicely. Once you have got three bands, made a braid and let it rise for a couple of hours.
Cook at 200 ° C. for 30 minutes approximately.
