Traditional focaccia with cherry tomatoes, rosemary and black garlic
500 gr. plain flour
100 ml water
270 ml milk
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
For decoration:
cherry tomatoes, rosemary, black garlic
Make the dough as in bread.
Mix well and knead it for ten minutes.
Let it to rest 1 hour.
Knead it again.
Give a rectangular shape to the focaccia using your hands.
Pour some oil on both sides of the focaccia.
Put it on an oven tray and decorate.
Traditionally we like it with lots of coarse salt on top of it, before baking it.
In the oven for 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
