Homemade pici with zucchini, garlic and bacon
2 zucchini, sliced very thin
2 or 3 large garlic cloves
100 gr diced bacon
Parmesan
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
my spices
some grated organic lemon
Sautéee the zucchini with extra virgin olive oil , salt , pepper, garlic on its skin and dry spices.
Separately fry the diced bacon without adding any fat.
Put together the diced bacon with the sautéed zucchini.
When pici are ready, pour them in this saucepan, stir well, add some cheese so it melts for a couple of minutes.
Serve in a plate adding fresh Parmesan and grate some organic lemon on top.
