Mousse au chocolat


Half cup chocolate chips
A pinch of espresso powder
Half of a cup of milk
1 cup of whipped cream
3 table spoons of sugar Some vanilla extract
Mix the chocolate chips with vanilla, sugar and coffee, pour milk and heat  in the microwave.
Whisk the cream and then gently incorporate into the chocolate mix.
Pour into 4 glasses and leave in the fridge all afternoon.
Serve with some chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.
Absolutely a delightful light version.
