Easy Snap Peas
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 pound fresh snap peas
3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 to 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Clean snap peas, and cut off the ends.
Pour olive oil into a large skillet.
On low heat, sauté garlic for 2 minutes.
Add snap peas, stirring constantly.
Sauté until snap peas are cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
