Grilled Lamb Chops

Season lamb chops and leave in the refrigerator for several hours. When grilled, they are perfectly delicious.

Serves 4

Ingredients

8 to 10 lamb rib chops, about 1-inch thick

2 teaspoons coarse salt

2 to 3 tablespoons minced garlic

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  1. Season lamb chops with salt, garlic, and pepper. Place in refrigerator and allow to sit for 1 to 2 hours.

  2. Place lamb chops on a grill pan.

  3. Grill (or broil) chops 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
