Marinated Flank Steak
Serves 8-10
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
1⁄4 cup honey
1⁄2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
4 pounds flank steak
In a blender, mix all ingredients (except steak).
Place marinade and steak in a zip-top plastic bag. Seal and place the bag on the bottom shelf of refrigerator, on a plate. Marinate several hours or overnight, if possible.
Broil or grill 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
