Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
Serves 5-6
Ingredients
4 tablespoons canola oil
10 chicken wings
10 chicken drummettes, skinless
4 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons red wine
6 garlic cloves, chopped
Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, heat oil over low heat.
Place wings and drums in oil, and fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, honey, sugar, wine, garlic, and pepper in a large casserole dish.
Add the chicken to the sauce.
Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
