NO RECIPE NEEDED

MAKE A PAN SAUCE Remove cooked chicken or meat pieces from the hot pan. Add a liquid (wine or broth) and desired seasonings to the pan. Cook and stir to scrape up browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to boiling. Boil gently until sauce is reduced to the desired consistency.

ADD RICHNESS To further flavor and thicken the sauce, whisk in a couple tablespoons of whipping cream and/or butter, stirring after each addition.
