¼ cup raw oats

¼ cup cottage cheese

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ scoop protein powder

½ cup egg whites

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until a batter forms. Melt 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and add the batter to form two or three pancakes. Cook them until bubbles have formed on the surface and the edges start to brown, then flip the pancakes over and cook on the other side. Serve with nuts, nut butter, and/or fruit.
