Roasted Sesame Chicken Feet

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, pepper flakes, fish sauce, brown sugar, dark sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder until combined. Add the chicken feet and toss to coat. Spread the chicken feet out on a baking sheet in an even layer and roast until darkened and crispy, 30 to 40 minutes.
