I watched Lacie with Trevor and I was in awe. The woman has come a long way and hearing her telling Trevor to not give up and close off was huge. I truly have her. She is mine and now, I just want to take her in my arms and carry her to our room and show her how much I truly love her.
“Enough lecturing Lacie. Leave him be.”
Trevor glanced at me, “I’m going to go. I’m sure you two lovebirds want to be alone, since tomorrow night you won’t have the opportunity. You’ll be too busy handing over your money to me big guy.”
“We’ll see about that.”
I slapped Trevor on his back and we walked to the door together.
Trevor stopped at the front door.
“I’m sorry I was an ass in the office. She really is great Jackson. You are a lucky man.”
I turned to look toward the kitchen where I knew she was and smiled.
“I don’t think I’ll ever forget how lucky I truly am.”
I looked back at Trevor and said, “Thanks for giving her a chance. I’ll see you at the office tomorrow.”
Trevor nodded, he opened the door and left.
I walked back to the kitchen and watched as Lacie moved around it as if she’d lived here her whole life.
“Do you have any idea how wonderful you are?”
She turned with a smile.
“No, tell me.”
She giggled as I turned serious.
“You won over my partner and friend. He was mad as hell this morning when I told him I was getting married. My mom adores you. My sister and niece love you. My body reacts to you every time I see you. My head can’t stop thinking about you. I want to rip your clothes off and take you here and now on this kitchen floor because I can’t stand being this close to you and not buried deep inside of you. God, you drive me crazy Princess.”
I had her stripped naked in no time and I let her strip me out of my shirt and pants. I gently lowered her to the floor and with one movement I buried deep inside of her while she gasped my name. Her legs came up and around my hips as she pulled me deeper to her and her hips raised to me.
“God Lacie, you feel so good.”
She moaned and I felt her tighten around me. I growled in her ear as I nibbled down her neck.
“If you keep squeezing me like that, this will be over very fast, Princess.”
She chuckled, which turned into a moan as I pulled out of her and drove deep into her again.
This woman drove me insane. There was never a woman who could do this to me. I moved as slowly as I could, rotating my hips and hitting her deep within. She raised herself to me and whimpered with every deep drive and I knew she was ready to explode for me.
“Come for me Lacie. Come with me and let’s start making babies. Lots and lots of babies. I want them with you.”
Lacie moaned my name and I felt her tighten and gasp for me. God help me I was gone. I pumped every ounce of me inside of her until there was nothing left. I pulled her to me rolling us to our sides but not pulling out of her. I wanted my seed inside of her and I would lay there for days to make that happen.
Lacie moved to try and get up but I held her to me.
“Jackson, I need to get up and clean up. You are dripping down my thigh.”
I growled, “No. Lie here with me. I want to keep as much of me inside of you to make sure we have that baby and soon.”
She smiled at me, “Do you really believe that this is the moment you’re getting me pregnant? I mean, Jackson, we’ve had protected sex once since I’ve known you. Once. Odds are I’m already pregnant.”
I smiled at her, “Good. Go buy a test tomorrow, I want to know. No I need to know that you are carrying my child.”
“Seriously? Just wait it out Jackson, be normal. We don’t need to rush the knowledge of a pregnancy, we can just keep pretending to make it happen. Night after night, day after day, no need to stop trying.”
I growled and I could feel myself getting hard for her again.
“Lacie, get up and go to the bedroom!”
I was done playing, I wanted her again and I wanted her in our bed. I let go of her and she didn’t move.
“Now, Lacie! If you don’t move, I am going to smack that ass of yours’ until you are begging me to bury myself inside of you. You are driving me insane. Upstairs, now!”
She scrambled to her feet and she moved toward the stairs where I followed hot on her heels. We hit the bed and I was inside of her again. I planned on being inside of her all night.
Morning came and Lacie was up in the shower even though she had off today. I heard the water running and I felt myself harden under the sheets. Yes, I never tire of her. I strolled into the shower and entered behind her pulling her back against me. I nuzzled her neck and Lacie startled in my arms.
“Jesus, Jackson. You scared the life out of me.”
I growled into her ear, “Were you expecting someone else?”
She relaxed against me and murmured, “Not on your life.”
I needed her, I stroked her and my girl never disappointed me, she was wet already for me. I pulled her and turned so that the shower spray was hitting my back and I pushed her back down, pulling her hips up. She braced herself on the shower wall, spreading her legs for me and I didn’t wait.
“Every second I’m away from you I need this.”
I buried myself inside of her and I didn’t stop. I couldn’t stop the need I had and I plowed into her. All I could hear were her moans of “Oh my God Jackson! Yes Jackson! Don’t stop Jackson!” And I didn’t.
I marked her as mine. I claimed her in that shower. Harder than I ever took her and she took every last push I gave her. I was an animal for her this morning and I couldn’t stop if she begged me to. I felt ready to explode. My balls were tight and I felt the sensation ripping through me. A sound rattled through the bathroom, when I exploded deep inside of her and she squeezed me convulsing around me I realized that sound was me. A roar I’d never heard tore out of me as I emptied my soul inside of this woman.
“Jesus Princess. Are you okay? I’m so sorry. I have no idea what came over me.”
I pulled out of her and turned her in my arms pulling her tight to me. I kissed her forehead and groaned. What was I thinking? I could have hurt her. She pulled back to look into my eyes.
“I don’t know what came over you, but damn. Do it again!”
I growled at her and took her mouth in a deep punishing kiss. This woman was definitely going to be the death of me. I smacked her ass, the sound loud echoing through the bathroom and she moaned. Oh yeah, sweet hell. This woman owned my soul.
I was in my office thinking about my morning with Lacie. I don’t know how I got here. That woman was the best thing that ever happened to me and I have no idea how in the hell I found her. Lydia came into my office and smiled at me.
“What is that smile for?” She giggled.
“I just got off the phone with your future bride. Sounds like she wants a wedding.”
My brows shot up. “Really? When is she wanting this wedding?”
Lydia smiled at me, “She wanted to know what your schedule was so that she could figure out a date. I told her we could rearrange the schedule to accommodate, but she refused. So your wedding date will be June 24th.”
I shot out of my chair. “Shit that is two weeks away. Is she crazy? How can I plan a proper wedding for us?”
Lydia smiled, “Relax Jackson. I’m taking her shopping this weekend to buy a dress. We are both making calls for food and she wants just immediate family and close friends. She is not looking for a big splashy wedding, just something simple and beautiful.”
I picked up my phone and dialed Lacey. She picked up on the first ring.
“What took you so long? I thought for sure you would have called a whole minute and a half ago.”
I smiled, “Cute, very funny. What’s this I hear you want to get married in two weeks? Lacie, Princess, how can I pull together something deserving of you in that time frame?”
My girl, not missing a beat said, “Any day that I become your wife will make me feel like a Princess Jackson. This day, this day though is special, because it’s my dad’s birthday and I know that he will be there celebrating with us when we speak our vows.”
Well damn! How could I argue with that?
“Anything Princess, anything for you. We’ll make it happen.”
My day flew by. Lydia was making calls, the phone was ringing off the hook and before I knew it, the day was done. I needed to head home, change and get ready for poker night, when all I wanted to do was to go home and be with Lacie. I drove home and walked in the front door assaulted by the most amazing smells. I went to the kitchen and across the island was enough food to feed an army.
“Lacie, what is all this?”
She smiled at me and said, “Food for the game.”
I chuckled and moved to pull her to me.
“With all this food I don’t think anyone is going to want to play, all they’ll want to do is eat.”
Lacie pulled out of my embrace after kissing my cheek and said, “Good, then they’ll eat, go home and I’ll have you to myself the rest of the night.”
I growled, “I love the way you think, Princess.”
She kissed me and then I growled at the sound of the doorbell. She slapped my arm and said, “Go change. I’ll get the door, then I’ll disappear into our room.”
She winked as she moved to the front door. I cursed under my breath then moved to go get changed.
The guys gave me plenty of ribbing about taking the plunge but they all said they would be here for the wedding. We decided the wedding would be in the back yard, no matter how hard I tried, Lacie wouldn’t budge. She wanted it here and small. Lydia tried too, but Lacie had made up her mind that this was what she wanted. So the guys knew the date and had no problem telling me how whipped I was. Trevor was the only one not ribbing me. He grinned at the guys while saying,
“The man knows what he wants. I for one think he’s a lucky bastard. That woman is gorgeous and damn can she cook. I’m still going to try and steal her away.”
I knew he was kidding, but I still didn’t like it. “I will kill you and feed your body to the sharks.”
The men all laughed as did Trevor.
Lacie made one appearance at the game and I watched her move to the refrigerator to get a drink and a plate of food. The men all stopped, staring at my girl and she shyly said hello. The men all ogled her and I didn’t like it.
“Lacie, these guys are all staring at you. Go upstairs, far away from their eyes.”
She laughed and moved to me. “I only have eyes for you baby.”
She kissed me and all the men whistled and laughed. She winked at them as she moved back to the kitchen island where she left her drink and plate. She gathered her things then said,
“Goodnight, boys.”
Trevor broke the silence.
“Hot as hell, do you see now why he’s not waiting? I wouldn’t either.”
The men all laughed and I couldn’t help but grin. She was mine, all mine.
The two weeks leading up to the wedding were busy. I bought Lacie out of her lease from the apartment she lived in. She planned the catering for the party, ordered a wedding cake. She had chairs being delivered for the ceremony. I ordered an arch and it was going to arrive the morning of the wedding and have flowers all around it. We would stand before our friends at that arch and I would make her mine.
Trevor was going to be my best man and Abigail was Lacie’s maid of honor. Of course we were having Trinity and Ella as flower girls, her mom and stepfather were coming in and staying with us for a few days before the wedding and with that the wedding was a go. I had a tuxedo and was getting ready in our room, while Lacie got ready in another room of our house. She was very adamant about me not seeing her before the wedding. I allowed her to blindfold me that morning so that I could make sweet love to her before everyone arrived. I smiled now thinking about it.
Trevor knocked and came through the door, “Any last words?”
I glanced at him, “Funny man.”
He grinned, “Seriously, are you ready?”
I looked in the mirror and shook my head. “I’ve been ready since the day I met her.”
Trevor nodded, then handed me a note.
“What is this?”
He shrugged.
“Lacie handed it to me asked me to give it to you. She said it would explain your wedding present.”
I opened it and it was a copy of a laboratory report. I saw Lacie’s name at the top and my heart sank for a moment until I glanced down the lines to the words Positive. Holy fuck! I, we, I’m going to be a father. I couldn’t stop the grin that broke across my face any more than I could stop the tears that pooled in my eyes.
Trevor moved putting a hand on my shoulder.
“You okay? Is something wrong?”
I shook my head and said, “No everything is right. Do not breathe a word of this, but Lacie’s pregnant.”
Trevor grinned at me and said, “Congratulations man. I’m happy for you.”
I shook my head to clear my brain then I moved to the door.
“Let’s go get me a wife.”
We moved down the hallway and when I got to the door where I knew my Princess was getting ready I stopped. I yelled her name until I heard her on the other side of the door.
“Yes Jackson?” I smiled at the closed door and said,
“I love you Princess. I’ll see soon.”
Then I moved away ready to make her my wife.
The wedding was perfect. My mom was there, she was confused because she insisted we already did this, but we told her that we wanted to do it again. She thought it was foolish but was happy to be there. My sister, my friends and Lacie’s mom and stepfather and her friends were all gathered and it was a perfect day.
We exchanged our vows and everyone laughed at Lacie’s words.
“I take you Jackson to be my lawfully wedded husband from this day forward, in sickness and in health, for better or worse for the rest of my life. I tried hard to resist you, I fought your bullying me to fall in love with you. I even tried to ditch you several times. You just kept coming back. Then you sent your family and your secretary after me until I could not get away from you. But in all fairness, I loved you from the moment you sat on a bar stool next to me and I called you out on your bull. There has never been anyone like you in my life and for the rest of mine, I will try to live up to being the princess you deserve. I love you and this changes nothing.”
I grinned at her. This woman was everything to me.
“Lacie, I will always be the one for you. There will never be another that could love you as much as I do. From the minute you looked at me I knew it. I knew I would never let you go. I stalked you, I fought you and I made you fall hard for me. Yes, my secretary came after you because she couldn’t stand working for the miserable man I was before I met you. My family adores you because you’ve made me happier than anyone else has ever been able to. You are the strongest woman I know and I don’t know how I deserve you but I will never stop trying to prove to you that I do. Here today, I promise you to be the best husband, lover and father I can be.”
I touched her stomach and the people sitting before us all gasped.
“Today, you not only made me the happiest man alive by becoming my wife, but you told me that I am finally going to be a father. Something I never thought I wanted until you. I love you, Princess, forever and infinity. You belong with me, and Lacie, this changes everything.”
Before the minister spoke, I pulled her into my arms and kissed her. As I kissed her, I heard the part where the minister announced,
“I now pronounce you husband and wife. Continue kissing your bride.”
The whole yard erupted into applause and I heard Ella and Trinity saying, “Uncle Jax, that’s disgusting. Stop!”
I pulled away finally at their protests and Lacie laughed.
“Well, so much for keeping the pregnancy a secret. You know Abigail is going to kill me because I didn’t even tell her.”
I grinned at her and said, “Ooops. Sorry, Princess, I’ll make it up to you tonight.”
She laughed then we turned and greeted our guests as husband and wife.
