FOREWORD.

Management is required for all enterprises to succeed.  It is both a science and an art. Some are born Managers, but most learn management. All Managers improve with training. Most of the books on management available in Uganda are written by foreigners and these do not provide the insights, nuances and contexts that are truly Ugandan.
