1983 | Counter Clash (Type II)

Look at: 1983, LIBERTY, and bottom on the reverse of the coin.

Look for: An upside-down IBE rising from the date, a bold LIBE on the bottom LIBERTY, and a large break on the reverse over ONE CENT.
