You discover how to think like a chef by absorbing some classic cooking wisdom (you probably already know more than you think). You also get some tips for eating for good health, including how to reduce fat, sugar, and salt in your diet without reducing taste, and how to cook for special diets, whether vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free.
