Acknowledgments

Outside of the dedication page, this is my favorite page to write. It provides me a chance to thank all those who helped me make this story come to life and allow me to keep chasing my dreams. Of course, first on that list and at the top, are the three ladies who keep me on my toes and always make me look amazing, Charleen Cox, Teri Edney, and Sarah Mick. They never cease to give me fresh ideas, new adventures to share, and well supplied in coffee, Jameson, and cigars. They make every day and adventure to be savored, and without them, I shudder to think where I would be. These ladies are my circle, and without their guidance, I would be more than lost.

Next comes the creators of the Black Hollow World, Cassidy K. O’Conner, Jennifer Wedmore, and Sheri Lynn, who have invited me to share in their vision. Working with these ladies, as well as the friendship we’ve come to rely on, has been a pleasure beyond words. I wish each of them great success along their journey.

There are also many who have helped me along this journey, such as Gracen Miller, Sherry Renstschler, Violet Howe, and Heather Hildenbrand, just to mention a few. That would also include their spouses who always have great ideas and reliable answers.

I also need to thank Katie Weisenberger, my editor, who is always eager to dig in and fix my mistakes, even when I hand her the book at the last hour. She has been with me since the beginning, and her advice is invaluable.

To all the event coordinators who create the author events that allow me to meet my readers, I also owe a debt of gratitude. Trust me when I say, I know the work that goes into these events, and your effort is greatly appreciated.

To my readers group, Robbie’s Rascals, thank you for all of your support, your sharing of my stories, your efforts to keep me smiling, and your friendship. You are the core behind our efforts, and I value your opinions and trust.

Last, but not least, to my family, parents, siblings, children, extended, and friends who have become family, I say thank you as well. your support, your encouragement, and your patience as we grow busier is deeply appreciated.
