BURSTING with vitamins and antioxidants, this green drink is an ideal way to start the day. Use any combination of fruits and/or vegetables. Some popular vegetables and greens include cucumbers, celery, avocado, baby spinach, and kale. Protein powders and powdered milk will give you extra nutrition. 1 medium-size banana, fresh or frozen

1 small apple, cored and quartered

2 cups packed baby spinach

1 cup orange juice or water

Ice cubes

• Combine all the ingredients in a blender, adding your choice of flavor and nutrition boosters to taste, and mix on high speed until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more water. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
