The most fascinating thing for me about the world of food is its diversity. I have discovered just a fraction of this from making contact with people all over the world through my videos, but there is so much more out there that I want to learn. For this chapter I wanted to feature some recipe requests that have come in or are inspired by my followers from other countries, some of whom have become friends!
You’ll find a gorgeous classic Greek moussaka, the slightly less well known (unless you are Danish) Burning Love, the delicious Vietnam-inspired Banh Mi sandwich as well as a giant lamington (for sharing of course!) for the Australian in you. Each of these recipes will hopefully get you thinking about food from a different culture in a new way, and encourage you to try a new technique or two. Of course, what I really want you to do is experiment, tweak and make each of these recipes your own. The recipes are your guide, so eat the world the way you want and let me know how you get on!
