Sauce «Pesto»

Pesto is a traditional Italian sauce. This sauce is prepared based on basil, pine nuts, Parmesan and olive oil. The pesto sauce has a delicate taste with the aroma of herbs and garlic. There are different recipes for making pesto sauce. Here's my favorite recipe.

Ingredients:
- Basil green (only leaves) 30g
- Parsley (only leaves) 20g
- Parmesan cheese 40-50g
- Pine nuts 40g
- Garlic 3-5g (one clove)
- Salt 3g
- Extra virgin olive oil 80-100 ml.
- Lemon juice 25g
- Ground black pepper (to taste).
Method
1)
To wash basil and parsley and to dry with a paper towel.
2)
Fry pine nuts in a pan without oil. Cool down.
3)
Grate the Parmesan.
4)
Crush the garlic with a knife.
5)
Send to the food processor basil, parsley, Parmesan, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, salt, ground black pepper (to taste), and squeeze lemon juice. Grind to a puree consistency. The sauce is ready.
