Sauce «Adjika»

Adjika is a tomato sauce with chili and garlic. There are many types of this sauce. I offer you the most popular one. The amount of chili and garlic can be adjusted to your liking. This version of the adjika sauce is slightly spicy and with a little garlic.

Ingredients:
- Tomato (red) 650g
- Bell pepper (without seeds) 100g
- Chili pepper (without seeds) 25g
- Garlic 15g
- Salt 1 Tbsp.
- Sugar 2 Tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar (6%) 70g
Method
1)
Tomato, bell and chili peppers, garlic chop into small pieces and grind in a food processor or blender to a puree consistency.
2)
Mix the vegetable puree. Add salt, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour into clean jars and keep in the refrigerator (up to 8 months).
