Cranberry sauce
I suggest you prepare sweet, sour aromatic, tart cranberry sauce for meat. It goes well with soft cheeses, complements any meat or cheese plate.
Goes well with:
-       All kinds of meat
-       Steak
-       Burger
-       Cheese
-       Meatballs
Ingredients:
Method
1)    Wash the orange well, squeeze out the juice, and remove the zest.
2)   Send cranberries, sugar, orange zest, spices, and water to a saucepan. Mix everything, put on medium heat, and bring to a boil. When the sauce boils, stir. Cover the saucepan with a lid and reduce the heat on the stove to a minimum. Cook for 10 min until the cranberries crack.
3)    Add orange juice, mix and bring to a boil.
4)    Remove from the stove and grind with a blender.
5)    Pass the sauce through a sieve to get rid of seeds and skins. The sauce is ready. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 month or frozen in small portions.
