Hot cream sauce
Universal creamy sauce with a delicate taste. It goes perfectly with the Meatballs. However, you can serve it with other dishes and use it in the process of cooking baked vegetables.
Goes well with:
-       Meatballs
-       Fish
Ingredients:
Method
1)    Put a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat.
2)    Put butter in a saucepan, melt. Add flour and stir vigorously with a whisk for 1 minute.
3)     Add broth, stir with a whisk.
4)    Add cream, mustard, soy sauce, salt, garlic, and cook until thick over low heat. The sauce is ready. It is served warm.
