«Hot cream sauce»

Universal creamy sauce with a delicate taste. It goes perfectly with the Meatballs. However, you can serve it with other dishes and use it in the process of cooking baked vegetables.

Ingredients:
- Butter 40g
- Wheat flour 40g
- Meat broth 300 ml.
- Cream (10%) 150 ml.
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
- Dijon's mustard 1 Tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Garlic (powder) ½ tsp.
Method
1)
Put a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat.

Put butter in a saucepan, melt. Add flour and stir vigorously with a whisk for 1 minute.

Add broth, stir with a whisk.
4)
Add cream, mustard, soy sauce, salt, garlic, and cook until thick over low heat. The sauce is ready. It is served warm.
