«Guacamole»

Guacamole is a dish that looks like a sauce and a salad. The ancient Aztecs prepared «guacamole» by rubbing an avocado with salt. Nowadays, cilantro, lime juice, tomato and chili are added to this dish. The result is a fresh, oily and savory dish.

Ingredients:
- Avocado 1.5 pcs.
- Tomato ½ pcs.
- Garlic ½ pcs.
- Chilli ⅕
pcs. (To taste)
- Cilantro, green (coriander) 1 Tbsp.
- Lime juice 1.5 tsp.
- Salt (to taste).
Method
1)
Peel the avocado, remove the pit. Mash the avocado pulp with a fork until puréed.
2)
Chop the tomato and chili, add to the avocado.
3)
Squeeze or chop the garlic, add salt, lime juice, and finely chopped cilantro. Mix all, the sauce is ready.
