Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is a cold French sauce, an emulsion of egg, butter, lemon juice and mustard. The sauce is greasy, but if used in small quantities, it will decorate many dishes. Mayonnaise is also a good base for many popular sauces. You can experiment yourself. Prepare mayonnaise; add fresh garlic, your favorite herbs and a wonderful sauce for meat and fish.

Ingredients:
- Egg yolk 2 pieces
- Olive or sunflower oil 180 ml.
- Sugar 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Mustard 0.5 tsp.
- Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Method
1)
All ingredients must be at the same temperature. Send egg yolks, sugar, salt, and mustard to the blender bowl beat.
2)
Add oil in a thin layer, continuing to beat until the mass becomes an emulsion.
3)
Add lemon juice, beat.
All is ready.
