Alfredo
Hot creamy cheese sauce for Italian pasta. In this recipe, I use mushrooms and ham. You can cook the sauce without these ingredients, but with mushrooms and ham the sauce is very tasty and complete.
Goes well with:
-       Pasta
-       Ravioli
Ingredients:
Method
1)    Heat the cream in a saucepan; stir so as not to burn.
2)    Parmesan rate and add to the cream, mix. Add 10g butter, black pepper, and salt. Stir and remove from heat.
3)   Pour some olive oil into a frying pan and put on the stove, heat. Chop the mushrooms and ham into small slices and sent them to the pan. Add 10g butter. Warm-up well.
4)   Put the mushrooms and ham from the pan into a saucepan with the cream. Mix. Serve with pasta and ravioli.
