Salsa Mango
Salsa is a traditional Mexican sauce. In translation, the word «salsa» is «sauce». Our version of the sauce is especially exotic. The sauce will turn out to be very interesting with the aroma of mango and orange.
Goes well with:
-       Chicken
-       Shrimp
Ingredients:
Method
1)    Cut bell pepper lengthwise, send to a dry frying pan and bake until the crust is charred. Peel and chop the pepper.
2)    Wash the orange well. Separate the zest (only the orange part) and chop finely. Set aside some zest for garnish. Chop red onion. Squeeze in the orange juice and add to the mixture of zest and onion. Add bell pepper.
3)    Chop parsley or cilantro and add to the mixture of peppers, onions, zest and juice. Add salt, sugar, olive oil and chili (to taste).
4)    Peel the mango, chop with a blender and add to the rest of the ingredients. The sauce is ready. Serve in a gravy boat, garnished with orange zest.
