Chutney Mango Curry
A large group of traditional Indian sauces is called «chutney». Mango chutney is a mango purée with chili, lime juice and Indian curry flavor. The sauce turns out to be very unusual and tasty. Suitable for Indian style lunch or dinner. For Thai, Vietnamese, Korean and even Chinese dishes, this sauce is a good match.

-       Rice
-       Grilled meat
-       Grilled vegetables

Method
1)    Cut chili lengthwise, send it in a dry frying pan and bake until the crust is charred.
NB : Gently peel the peppers, chop, and wash your hands well. It is better to do it with gloves, do not touch the eyes.
2)    Finely chop the red onion and pour over the lime juice. Add sugar, salt, honey, olive oil, and curry powder. Stir and add chili.
3)    Mango peel, chop, and purée with a blender. Add to the vegetable mixture and stir. The sauce is ready!
