Ingredients:
- Milk 100g
- Blue cheese 100g
Method
1)
Pour milk into a saucepan and put on medium heat.
2)
Cut cheese into pieces and add to warm milk. Continue to heat, stir. Cheese must completely dissolve in milk.
3)
When the cheese is dissolved and leaving very small blue particles, remove the saucepan from the heat.
4)
Pour the sauce into a separate bowl and beat in a blender.
5)
Put sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator so that the mass is frozen.
