«Burger sauce»

One of the most delicious barbecue sauces. It goes well with any meat dish, especially with grilled meat. Ideal for a burger.

Ingredients:
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Salt (to taste)
- Ketchup 2 Tbsp.
- Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp.
- Apple or grape vinegar 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
- Water 50 ml.
- Paprika (powder) 1 Tbsp.
- Chili (powder) ¼ tsp.
Method

Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.

Put a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat. Send the onion and garlic to the pan. Add sugar. The onion and garlic should be caramelized. It will take 3-5 minutes; the mass must be constantly stirred.

When the caramelization process is complete, add the vinegar and salt. Warm-up for 1 minute and add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, paprika powder, chili powder, and water. Mix everything and warm up for 1 minute.

Remove the pan from the heat, transfer the sauce to the bowl, and grind with a blender.
NB: You do not need to add salt to the sauce, because ketchup and Worcestershire sauce contain salt.
