Burger sauce
One of the most delicious barbecue sauces. It goes well with any meat dish, especially with grilled meat. Ideal for a burger.

Ingredients:
Method
1)    Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
2)    Put a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat. Send the onion and garlic to the pan. Add sugar. The onion and garlic should be caramelized. It will take 3-5 minutes; the mass must be constantly stirred.
3)    When the caramelization process is complete, add the vinegar and salt. Warm-up for 1 minute and add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, paprika powder, chili powder, and water. Mix everything and warm up for 1 minute.
4)    Remove the pan from the heat, transfer the sauce to the bowl, and grind with a blender.
NB: You do not need to add salt to the sauce, because ketchup and Worcestershire sauce contain salt.
