Ingredients:

1   6-ounce sugar-free reduced-calorie vanilla pudding cup (such as Jell-O)

1   6-ounce container plain Greek-style yogurt (such as Fage 0%)

3   tablespoons sugar-free liquid vanilla creamer (such as Coffee-mate)

3   packets monk fruit extract (such as Monk Fruit In The Raw)

2   cups fresh raspberries, washed

Method:

1. Gently whisk the pudding, yogurt, creamer, and monk fruit together in a mixing bowl until well combined.

2. Evenly distribute the berries in four bowls and top evenly with whipped cream.

Tips:

• Sprinkle 2 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries (or other berry) over each of the dishes for a great crispy crunch for an additional 13 calories.
