The Bloody Mary is a good cocktail option relative to its sugary cousins, but this how low can you go version has so few calories you can enjoy it anytime you like!
Yield: Four 16-ounce servings

4 cups fresh tomatoes
4 cups store-bought cut-up watermelon
¼ cup fresh lemon juice (check the produce department for ready-squeezed!)
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 cup chopped celery, plus 4 inner stalks for garnish
1 teaspoon bitters (optional)
Ice for serving
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 pint-sized glasses filled with ice and garnish with the celery stalks.
