3. Lector Chianti

Hannibal Lector confesses that he ate his victim’s liver, fava beans and some Chianti. Chianti is an Italian dry, red wine.

Serving size: 2-3

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• 35 ounces red wine
• ¼ cup sugar syrup
• 1 cup oranges, sliced
• 1 cup lemon, sliced
• 12-14 strawberries, chopped
• ½ cup apples, chopped
• 2 cups cold soda/ carbonated water
• ¼ cup brandy
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

Add oranges, lemons and strawberries to a pitcher.

Add wine, brandy, syrup and mix till well combined.

Add ice cubes and soda and mix.

Serve cold.
