9. Psycho Sandwich

Just before Bates kills Marion in Psycho, she makes a sandwich and shares it with him.

Serving size: 4

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 3 eggs, boiled and sliced
• 4 tablespoons sour cream
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1/2 cucumber, sliced
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 8 slices bread
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add the butter to a skillet and toast the bread slices.

Apply a layer of mayonnaise and sour cream.

Add onion, tomato and cucumber slices.

Add the egg slices on top and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Slice and serve.
