Yes, you read that right. Poultrygeist is a movie about a fried chicken restaurant that is built over a Native American burial ground. The spirits from under the restaurant rise and possess the chicken and kill the restaurant’s customers.

Ingredients:

• 4 lb chicken, cut into pieces
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup buttermilk
• Oil to fry

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pot.

Add the flour to a plate and add the paprika. Mix.

Add buttermilk, salt and pepper to a bowl and add the chicken.

Mix till the chicken is completely coated.

Roll the chicken in the flour. Then, fry until crispy brown.

Serve with ketchup.
