Ingredients:
1/2 avocado (medium)
1 small sized cucumber (organic if possible)
2 small sized carrots (organic if possible)
1 beetroot (organic if possible)
½ cup of wheat grass
5 Minute Quick Nutribullet Preparation:
Clean the cucumber, carrots, beetroot and the avocado.
Peel the carrots and the avocado.
Chop the carrot cucumber and beet root into medium sized cubes.
Mix all the ingredients in your Nutribullet blender and blend for 1 minute or until all the ingredient are well blended together and you like the texture.
