Looking for a quick-and-easy smoothie that’s both healthy and nut-free? Like nuts, avocados are rich in B vitamins. Add in strawberries, and you have a delicious, nutritious drink.
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
Tools
cutting board
chef’s knife
spoon
measuring cups/spoons
blender
Carefully slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop half of the avocado flesh into the blender, followed by the frozen strawberries, banana, milk, and honey.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass, and serve immediately with a large straw.
