Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons pure honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen diced mango, thawed
1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple, thawed
1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Assemble your parfait by spreading one-third of the yogurt at the bottom of a parfait glass or bowl. Add one-third of the mango and pineapple. Repeat layers until finished.
Top with toasted coconut flakes and serve immediately.
