Cheesy Popcorn

Ready to pop up a snack for movie night? You can impress guests with this cheesy, soy-free popcorn!

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup popping corn
  2. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. In a large pot, place the popping corn and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cover with a lid and set the burner to medium.
  3. Wait until the corn begins popping, and then remove from heat after a minute to avoid burning. Wait until you no longer hear popping, then remove the lid.
  4. Pour the popcorn into the roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Stir with a spoon to make sure everything is coated.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. The popcorn should be crispy and coated with cheese.
