Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
3/4 cup rice milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Tools
measuring cups/spoons
blender
Combine the frozen berries, banana, rice milk, honey, and vanilla extract in the pitcher of a blender.
Pulse 5–6 times to break up the chunks, and then turn to high until smooth.
