Berry Nutritious Smoothie

Who says you need milk to make a super thick shake? With a blender and some fruity flavors, you can turn your kitchen into a smoothie stand to make this sweet treat that’s easy to make and take with you!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  2. 1 banana
  3. 3/4 cup rice milk
  4. 2 tablespoons honey
  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tools

  1. measuring cups/spoons
  2. blender
  1. Combine the frozen berries, banana, rice milk, honey, and vanilla extract in the pitcher of a blender.
  2. Pulse 5–6 times to break up the chunks, and then turn to high until smooth.
  3. Serve in a glass and enjoy immediately.
