In Part 1, we investigated how you can take action to reclaim your health. We’ve considered how you can use food as a means of achieving and maintaining wellness and exactly what you can do to re-establish the balance that your body needs in order to operate optimally. We’ve pulled apart the foods that we eat, put them under the microscope and determined just how we can get the best out of our nutritional choices while avoiding the foods that drag us down, fill our bodies with toxins and affect our weight. All of these things are vital to our long term wellness and weight control.
In Part 2, we don’t mention any of that stuff. Instead, we switch our focus to the complement of sound naturopathic nutritional advice – your mindset.
Unless a person gets their mind primed for success, they will fail to achieve their goals, regardless of what else they do. It’s easy for me to teach nutrition and it’s easy for you to learn all about it. However, just having the knowledge alone won’t be enough for most people to make the profound changes that will be long lasting. I see this in the clinic every day. So I love to help patients get their mindset right. It’s the only way to wellness. If health is the goal…then wellness is truly your destination.
