You’ve guessed it! A third block of writing time... except this time instead of writing for 30 minutes you are going to test yourself and see how fast you can write in 1-hour.
We are playing on the fence of psychology a bit here because your brain is adjusted to the 30-minute writing block. Once you start writing it will think it has 30 minutes of writing time, but still produce content fast to beat the timer. You will enter into your flow state and still produce more words in that one hour then you did in the last 30-minute sessions because your consciously thinking of your 30 minute writing block where as your subconscious thinking is surrounded by the thought of a 1 hour writing block.
