Dutch oven pan Breakfast Quiche

(Prep time: 9 Minutes|Cook Time: 20 Minutes| Servings: 5)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the milk with the eggs, the milk, the salt, the pepper and the butter very well together; then set it aside
  2. Add in the garlic, the onion and the peppers and cook for about 10 minutes; then remove the Dutch oven from over the coals
  3. Fold the vegetables and the meat, and the cheese into the mixture of the eggs
  4. Pour the vegetable oil into your Dutch oven and place it back on top of the coals
  5. Pour the egg mixture into your oven and place the place the lid over the oven; then add about 8 hot coals underneath it and about 16 on top of it
  6. Bake at a temperature of about 3500F for about 20 additional minutes
  7. Serve and enjoy your breakfast Quiche!
