Ingredients

2 egg whites

1 and ¼ cups of boiling water

2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

1 Teaspoon of sea salt

2 Teaspoons of baking powder

5 Tbsp of ground Psyllium husk powder

1 and ¼ cups of almond flour

For the Garlic butter: ½ Teaspoon of salt + 1 Minced garlic clove + 4 Oz of butter + 2 Tbsp of finely chopped parsley
Directions

Preheat a large Dutch oven in your oven to around 360° F for 10 minutes with the lid on

Line your Dutch oven with a parchment paper and then combine your dry ingredients into a deep and large mixing bowl.

Pour the boiling water; then add the egg whites and the vinegar to the bowl and keep whisking for around 1 minute, but make sure to not over mix

Place the dough in your Dutch oven

Bake for about 40 minutes in the oven. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter by mixing its ingredients and then refrigerate it

Once your bread is ready, set it aside to cool for around 10 minutes

Slice the bread; then spread butter on each slice

Raise the heat to around 425° F and then bake it for about 15 minutes
