2. The killer had a criminal record since boyhood. The epileptic had never been picked up by the police, hence the epileptic is not the killer.

3. As Reardon’s killer and the epileptic were men, Alice Draper is not the murderer.

4. Dominick Ferraci is not the epileptic. As the others have been eliminated as such, Paul Meyerson is the epileptic. Hence Dominick Ferraci is the man who murdered Chuck Reardon.
