A hen does only one thing with an egg...it lays one. The folks at Bhai Bhai beat it hollow because they do over a 100 things with eggs! Situated in a little alley, bang in the middle of some residential buildings, this brightly lit eatery is a big favourite with late night diners. Once you’ve ordered, you can amuse yourself reading the extensive egg-focused menu (each item is offered cooked in oil or butter) or watching different egg creations taking shape on large iron skillets.

The Egg Paplet, Lahori, Tadka Kachu, and the Australian Fry are all good options, provided you like your food hot, spicy, greasy, and noisy (well the food is not noisy but everyone dining is loving their time here and being quite vocal about it). Sample the ‘other stuff’ like sandwiches, Dal Fry etc. if you’re unsure about what side of the vegetarian line the egg falls on and wash it all down with a bubbly Lime Soda. This is definitely a great place to sample the after-hours vibe of this bustling city.
