1 Draw a horizontal line about 1 inch (2.5cm) long. Then draw two more pairs of angled lines. |

2 Draw the German Shepherd’s ears. |

3 Draw the three angled lines of the top lids, add the lower curves, and pencil in small circles for the pupils. |

4 Draw the nose and nostrils, and add the mouth and tongue. The nostril is one ear length (3 inches/7.5cm) from the top of the head. |

5 Shade the lines of the muzzle and under the eyes. |
