1. Lewis was once banned from driving in France for a month after he was caught speeding at 122 miles per hour.
2. As a Christian, Lewis always wears a cross during races.
3. Lewis was promised a McLaren F1 LM - of which there are only six in existence - if he won two world titles by the end of 2009. Sadly he didn’t!
4. He has his own waxwork at world-famous Madame Tussauds in London. He is modelled in his McLaren racing suit.
