Like the cookie but cake!
Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons coconut flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 large egg whites
2 ½ tablespoons water
3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, thoroughly in a greased mug.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Microwave for about 1 minute and 45 seconds.
