Makes 1 Serving.
Ingredients:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons skim milk
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoons chocolate chips
1 large marshmallow
Directions:
Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug.
Whisk together the flour, graham crackers, baking powder, oil, sugar and milk in the mug until well combined.
Press the chocolate chips into the center of the batter and microwave on high heat for 1 minute.
Top the cake with the marshmallow and heat for 20 seconds until puffed and soft.
Cool the cake to 2 minutes before serving.
